Background
MPG, as a top ten Media Agency, wanted their new building to reflect the work they do. Having expanded over recent years they had fully outgrown their previous offices. With 250 staff to accommodate they wanted a flexible working environment with room for future growth
Requirements
- Pre Lease advice and preparation of brief for business sign-off
- Fit-out team, Design and Tender Management Furniture, Fixtures and Fittings procurement
- Telephony and IT advice to ensure anticipated growth levels could be accommodated
- Detailed space planning, ensuring all department adjacencies, storage requirements were met whilst allowing for expansion
- Day to Day project Management
- Co-ordinated move of all IT equipment, 250 staff and their possessions without disruption to the working week
- Facilities Management Strategy and on-going provision of resource
