Project: Fit-Out Office Space (15,000 sq ft) for Fremantle Media

Background

A complex project which required departments  to move into swing space whilst the fit was being carried out. Following contractor presentations, it was agreed to use two companies to ensure the best design solution. This required careful management  which was successfully achieved.

Requirements

  • Preparation of brief for business sign-off
  • Preparation and Management of tender process
  • Contract price negotiation
  • Move the directorate from the 4th floor to 8th floor
  • Move accounts staff from the 8th floor and amalgamate with other accounts staff
  • Create an open and light feel to the space
  • Introduce new furniture arrangements
  • Provide equitable space between all teams
  • Provide Facilities Management review to encourage green policies 
  • Accommodate more staff and provide flexible space to allow for expansion
